Robert Lee isn't a UK roots artist. He is a JA singer who had some hits back in the late 80's, he recorded some tunes with Martin Campbell in the UK in the mid 90's.
i think this is because robert lee did one tune that shaka used to play at back end of 80`s, and no one else seemed to get it, so it became one of those mythical sought after tunes for a certain crowd of people, said tune was on ebay recently and went for $217.00 !...maybe someones chancing that this tune is up there with the one shaka played.
Like Liam says, Robert Lee recorded a couple of great tunes for producer / arranger / Post Man, Martin Campbell : 'I Spy', 'Stride' & the excellent 'Too much war'.

Martin Campbell - He certainly used to be a bus driver back in the late 80's early 90's, and was also a Jehovah's Witness from what I was told by someone who used to frequent his studio.
