I have it myself & I think it's truly crucial. It's more or less in the same style as early Dub Syndicate. (Pounding Suystem).

So if you like that LP you'll appreciate the Sir Horatio 12".

Picked this up in a shop on Saturday and gave it a listen and thought... hmm this sounds like some post punk people having a go at dub. Pretty good though!

Grabbed it for a fiver (it's the Soul Jazz re-release).

Turns out I was right. 8)

Given that it was ACR, who I was a fan of, and then the Suns of Arqa/Wadada Michael connection, who I'm similarly a big fan of, I had high hopes for this, but I was disappointed when I heard it. Certainly post-punky/dubby, as Mr Eden says, but I also found it a bit clunky and forced-sounding. Both have produced better
