if you are going to smoke, smoke those real expensive kind of cigs like the nat shermans or other ones, they are so expensive and some are so "intense" in terms of size and smoke. smoking in many cultures is near ritual and sacred plant, not a bad habit, and those commercial cigs are all full of evil chems the and things to make them burn faster and all this ****. the expensive ones turn smoking into a indulgence or a special event rather than some mindless run out to the parking lot to take one down as fast as possible. i have got many people to quit in this way because the real expensive ones dont seem to have the additives, at least not in the levels, i.e., they dont burn that fast nor do they produce that need for another real fast. the nat shermans you can hardly finish one. they are like stogies almost.

It's the same with coffee or chocolate, if you get the real thing one small cup or bite is usually enough.
