Finley Quaye & Twinkle Brothers

Postby jahkob » Sun Jan 12, 2014 9:46 pm

Anybody had the chance to hear Finley Quaye´s new LP with Twinkle Brothers? "Royal Rasses". I remember Finley Quaye putting up a few dubs of the songs on his myspace page back when people were using those and it sounded great if my memory is not mistaking me.

The Finley has a nice next cut to Get Behind me Satan. A typical (and good) new Twinkle release.

Nice set, and I prefer the sound of Finleys voice on this to his early trademark sound

I Firmly Believe is a tune...

Still really love 'For My Childrens Love' on Twinkle 7".
Solid dub mix on the flip.

He sounds a little different now, more of a Joseph Hill sound. Good to hear the album, a strong work out.
