My job's quite physical, so I've usually got something that hurts, but, fingers crossed, nothing at the moment, though my left knee has started giving way occasionally. No pain, so I ain't fussed... yet

I often need to cool down the pace halfway through but I'm still good to the end of the dance…

35- And really starting to feel the after effects of 15 odd years of regular five a side football. The knees and back don't like the winter anymore. Sadly my footballing days have been over for the last couple of years, make do with a weekly jog and a couple of cycle rides into work each week. Every time I look in the mirror I spot at least 10 new grey hairs in my little stubbly beard that I'd not noticed before. Had stubble for as long as I can remember but seriously considering going clean shaven to try not to betray my advancing years. Vanity and increasing age are not a good combination. :(

Giab, Just picking up on the 'euphemism' comment…
I had a terrible back problem with spasms for a couple of weeks about a month ago. No idea what caused it but it gave me sympathy for back pain sufferers.
