Ok The faulty CD was part of a larger order. I notified EB that it was faulty & as usual offered to post the CD back if required. I got a reply saying they had refunded my credit card with the full cost of the cd, as shipping one item to NZ was too expensive.
Usually in the past EB's has sent me a replacement at no cost with my next order.
ps I have also been ordering from EB's since the days of his large book catalogs.
