think it's not a dubplate but rather a pressing lacquer, looking at the sleeve and also because of it's size 12'' rather than 10''. Something that never made it further then the pressing plant.. And it's not worn out (VG-) either unlike most old dubplates..

And you can find several more acetate examples from the same studio yet they are not reggae. Hiphop and, disco R&B type of things..

I've heard a very nice cut of the rhythm by who I think was Noel Ellis. Anyone with more info?

Cant view the link until I finish work, but if the Little John cut is on there its worth hearing, I for one would like to see a release of the 6 cuts as seeing this for sale every year kinda gets annoying as I cant afford it. . .

that's a reference disk, it's the same thing as a dupblate basically...
they cut the master lacquer, then (at your request and for extra money), they cut a reference lacquer for you to hear what the cut master (will) sounds like.

you can't (or wouldn't) put a label on a lacquer, it gets washed and then coated with silver and then put in an electroplating tank, paper would contaminate that.
