Jools Holland interviewed Little Roy recently and he said that in Bob Marleys 'Roots Rock Reggae' his lyrics 'hey Mr Music sure sounds good to me' are referring to him.....

has anyone heard that before?.....he said that Bob used to call him 'Music'....

i'm not trying to doubt Little Roy....I think he's a great artist......just curious

Well Bob used those same lyrics in the Lee Perry produced song Rainbow Country which I believe was recorded around 1970. Was Little Roy making music back then?

I always thought Rainbow Country was mid seventies and recorded around the same time as Natural Mystic at Black Ark

Marley was known to quote lyrics of his songs, so perhaps he did use those words , only well after the Rainbow Country release.
