Winston Jarrett "Unity and Livety"

Postby chuckasaurusrex » Wed Sep 04, 2013 5:22 pm

Hello - when was Winston's Jarrett "Unity and Livety" recorded? I'm wondering if it's actually late 70s / early 80s as suggested by Roots Archives, or (perhaps more likely) more recently in a "throwback" style ... Thanks in advance.

OK ... having made it a little further through the Amazon.com sound samples, at least some tracks (and therefore I presume all) were obviously recorded relatively recently. Doesn't sound too bad at all though.

Isn't it some kind of compilation ? The 2nd half is mostly 70s

I think that every sons in that CD is from 70s/80s. Indeed it contains almost the whole "Man Of The Ghetto" LP in it...If I remember correctly.
