I celebrated my 50th birthday this year. It's weird but I really don't feel any older - though I certainly have some aches and pains that never used to be there and I can't keep up with the young guys when it comes to physical activity. Mark T
I am 62 and have only recently slowed down a bit though I still walk about 2 miles a day and ride my bicycle about 50 miles a week. but it used to be 5 and 100 so some slowing has occurred. but I have committed my elder years to exploring the country a bit more so I go off to the desert and the mountains in a built up land cruiser as much as I can. during your youth typically you have lots of energy and spirit but no money; after 50 or so, for me anyway, those tables turned. still, haven't lost the love of reggae music I first started feeling very strongly in 78 or so but I have started selling off my collection in recognition of my pending mortality...always record them first so I still got the music if not the artifact. I just never really grew up.
