This was an odd session! Every time Word Sound & Power played a large asian youth contingency would go completely nuts, only to sit down motionless during youthman Int and Channel One. Kinda killed the vibes (there were only about 80 people there).

Felt a bit sorry for the other sounds.

Wanted to go to this but had family commitments the next day so couldn't . Did hear from mates who went that not that many people there . Not surprised that Robert got the biggest reaction from the local crowd ,Word Sound and Power very popular with the Southall crew .

Yes thought Youthman's set was really strong. Lot's of killer oldies and a few really nice plates.

WSP were certainly heavier - pure digi bass business. Enjoyed that too.

that was a very kool clip, I take it that was last tune of the night (which must have been what, 5 am?). I didn't see the asian contingent so they must have left by then? man that place looked rammed with speaker boxes that's for sure! must have been heavy in there!

Hey jb , in England when you say of someone being Asian you're refering to people from or desceded from the Indian subcontinent whereas in the states it means people from S.E. Asia ,Japan etc .Almost everyone in the clip I'd guess were local, lot of asian people in Southall .
