The killer has to be Slavery Days. Always gives me tingles down my spine since hearing Spear perform it live at the Notting Hill Carnival many years ago:

A few off the top of me head, as they say:

Napoleon Solo ~ Lynn Tait & The Jets

Bedward The Flying Preacher ~ Singers & Players with Prince Far I

Twilight Zone ~ Sly & Robbie and Nambo Robinson

Menelik ~ Nightdoctor

Independence ~ Dub Syndicate

Money Girl ~ Culture

Ghost Town (12" version) ~ The Specials with Rico

and off to left field slightly...

Coup ~ 23 Skidoo (with the Aswad horn section, I believe)

+1 for Roman's choice of Warrior Charge - listened to that today.
Also +1 for Ras Berry's choice of Ghost Town 12" - that really is an exceptional record.
I still remember listening to Gangsters on the radio when it first came out and then going off to buy my copy.
