Does anyone recommend Jah Tubby's pre amps? I'm looking at getting PR3 II (3 way) pre amp. Any advice about any pre amps would be much appreciated

Worth going the 4 way if you can. Also highly recommend Jo Red. Serious business

Thanks for the recommendation. I don't have the money to go for the 4 way. What's the difference? Does 3 way mean that you have three channel outputs: Bass, mids and treble? And 4 way gives you an extra channel for sub bass or something?

3way/4way means crossover. On the 3way the full frequency range is split into 3 different frequency ranges that you can control seperately. On the 4way the full frequency range is split into 4 different frequency ranges that you can control seperately.
