It had been a while since I last had a good score in a record shop, but last saturday was "one of those days"
This is what I got (all original press):

- Gregory Isaacs - In Person (Trojan LP)
- I Roy - Presenting (Trojan LP)

12:
- Heptones - Through the Fire I Come / Move On (Observer)
- Black Uhuru - Bad Girl / African Love (Warrior)
- Dennis Brown - Slow Down Woman / The Lord is My Shepherd (Greensleeves)

After some bargaining I ended up paying 80 euros for the lot, which seems like a good deal!

An excellent harvest indeed, that Heptones maxi only already justifies your spent money, let alone those other gems...

• Prince Far I - Virgin/Danger (On-U Sound 10") £10 -- Nice enough 10". The Danger side that features Bim Sherman is the treat in my opinion. Man, I love Bim Sherman. The Far I side is nice but not crucial.
• Alton Ellis - Love On Top (Body Music 12") £5!!! -- Heaviest and deepest lovers. I've just recently started delving deeper into Alton's early 80's stuff. Some truly incredible releases ... this one being one of them.
• Ranking Dread - Shut Me Mouth (Greensleeves 12") £12 -- Classic next cut to Breaking Down the Barriers and the gem of the versions in my opinion.
• BB Seaton - Give Me Little Loving (King and the I 12") -- Deep digital lovers from the former Gaylads front man.
