Having not been on the forum when the sales section was in full force, I can't comment on the ups and downs. No doubt someone can fill me in on the scams and horror stories from before.

I've been ripped off on eBay, Facebook, and Discogs so why not let me be ripped off on here too?

The internets a minefield of scammers and I pretty much have given up on it as a reliable source of fairly-priced records, and instead go regularly to the various shops and my other connections in London.

For people without record shops nearby its a good opportunity for them to get access to killer tunes, but please don't try to sell me a copy of Rastafari Is The Way for £100, I'm just not that stupid.

However I have been very stupid in the past with regard to buying tunes, and paid the price for my naive stupidity. Certain people should not be allowed near a computer or indeed out of their house unsupervised peddling their second rate product backed with false words of Rastafari and Unity which in the end, count for nothing if you dont follow through with actions connected with these movememnts and words.

So yeah, bring it back, and in the words of Hedonismbot from Futurama ''let the games begin!''.

Pretty nice idea to create those want/trade list on discogs. If you add something as a "want", the discogs system will email you automatically once it is listed by a seller. I found a couple nice records this way.

If enough people want it back it will happen. For now it's 370 views but only 33 votes which is not much.

That's not unique viewers though. I've checked this thread a couple of times each time adding to the view count. So there has probably been a lot less unique viewers as rather likely a lot of people who have voted go in to this thread every time there's a new response.
