Ranking Dread
In Dub...wow, just listening to my copy of this received from SILVER KAMEL records, and it is A GREAT album... Pity it has Ranking Dreads name on it...I dont feel comfortable playing music with a murderers name on it...still, he only produced it i spose...it's heavy heavy RADICS rhythms throught...very extreme record...highly highly reccomended cd.

Thanks for the recommendation, I just recently noticed that Silver Kamel has rereleased this set and I was wondering if it would be worth picking up.

I have been truly enjoying the Phillip Fraser set SK put out some time ago - and I am kind of waiting for him to release Jah Thomas's Dance Hall Stylee.
Also the Roots Rasta Party and Roots Dancehall Party sets are very nice. Heavy and extreme are the very qualities I enjoy in them.

Great LP, with Scientist mixing one side and King Tubby the other. Definitely one of those records I used over the years to identify the differing styles of the two. Great cover too.
All together now, "When they said it's war...................."

If rumours hold any truth, you may need to get rid of some more of your record collection to appease your conscious.
