EBAY AUCTION - HUGE TUNES

Postby james19 » Sun Dec 02, 2012 4:30 pm

I have listed some killers ranging from 70's until the late 80's. Lots of high in demand collectors pieces.

Good luck with your sales but the Carlton & The Shoes is obviously not the JA original. The label indicates that it rather likely is a 90's to 00's reissue. Mentioning it so you don't get any problems or a seller pays tap dallaz for something it isn't. The typography of the album title on the label is a dead giveaway. The original issue I think is either a red/white label studio one from the UK or a black/white label from JA with very different typography to the one you've put up. GREAT album.

You sure man?

Seems that I put my trust in a dodgy seller. Oh well, plenty other definite, 100% genuine, bona fide originals up for sale :)

It´s a re from around 1997.

the org looks like this:

http://www.downbeat-special.co.uk/loveme.html

this album has previously been issued in a variety of sonic formulations - split stereo, conventional stereo, with and without overdubs, crappy pressings... This latest incarnation comes in pristine mono.
thank you putting this on here- best reggae track ever, apart from most bob marley tracks

the original press of 'love me forever' LP came on the classic studio one black on white, that blue print Edgar linked was a later
early 80's overdubbed version
