dont know if it counts but i always liked my boy lollipop by millie small, back in 63 or whenever it was. didnt know it was reggae (well, strictly speaking, it wasnt) but knew i liked it.

probably not oldest, choco...i was 12 at the time and they always played this at our little elementary school dances.

I think that means we're roughly the same age. Jah Bill. I fear we may have to submit to carbon dating one of these days. For some reason I always couple "My Boy lollipop" in my memories with a song called "Home of the brave" by Peanut.
