Just listening to the Congos "Live At Maritime Hall" set - excellent live set with great great performance from vocalists & musicians alike. Quite amazing to listen to tracks from "heart of the congos" being performed live around 20 years after they been recorded and still sounding fresh & exciting ! Really great show & excellent sound quality & mix. Recommended to all Congos fans.

i actually had that cd a few years back and found it near impossible to make it through the whole thing ... glad you find it enjoyable though ...

Highly irritating stuff, Ill second jahboo on that...Never could make more than 2-3 tracks in a row.
Yes, excellent sound quality...unfortunatelly.
i went to that show and it was even more dire in person than on record...somehow they made it sound better than it actually was. and thats still not very good imo.
ps: maritime hall by and large sucked. some good talent, a really cool historic building, but the sound was crap most of the time and the management, well lets just say they were far from the audiences best friend.
