Greetings one and all.
Anyone here who have Keith Wilson - God I - Blank 7" or perhaps have any info on this artist. Only heard a short sample of this tune. It's a real killer. I'm thinking it was recorded at Studio One but I'm not sure. Grateful for any info.

Don't know the record or have any info bout the singer, but here is what is listed as a Studio 1 label 7" (info from Coxsone's Music)

God I God I Say - Keith Wilson DSR CN 4347-1
God I (Version) - Keith Wilson DSR CN 4348-1

Apparently Cedric Im Brooks covers the rhythm on his Studio 1 LP 'Im Flash Forward'. If this is correct I'd guess his version is either titled 'Walking Through' or 'Free Man'.

I think the Cedric brooks tune is called "Why can't I" on the I'm flash forward album.

Thanks for that Lion!

There were three rhythms on that LP I could not trace. Now there are only two!

'Walking Through' and 'Free Man'

Could it be they are two Cedric originals?

Free Man is a cut to the impossibly rare Al Campbell & Freddie McGregor tune of the same name.
