Hooligan Mix -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yNcukjrTL4

TuneIn2, stumbled on to this looking for the earlier Dennis Brown cut to the tune and coincidentally the guy who put the video up I realize is an old B&F member who went by the name Algorhythm, out of Chicago, who seems to be DJing now, or maybe he did back then but I wasn't aware of it and has seemed to replaced rhythm with riddim in his name. He had a great website which was primarily about compiling all the cuts to any particular rhythm and he was pretty thorough. He did get a lot of flank on 2 different occasions when at first he didn't seem to rate Dennis Alcapone and then Al Campbell but the board quickly gave him some tips on tunes and I'm assuming he changed his opinion but I can't say for sure since I think it was just down to not being familiar with some proper tunes or perhaps he just wasn't feeling them, though I don't see how as Al Campbell is wicked and solid as an artist and Dennis Alcapone is well Dennis Alcapone though I could see all his "huuuaaauughh" getting tedious or irritating to the uninitiated.

To be fair, Dennis Alcapone can be quite irrititaing sometimes.

To be even more fair Leroy Smart can be quite irritating sometimes as well, it's as if he confused vocal projection with bombastically raising his voice for no particular reason. Though it's not the volume of his voice per se but he reminds me someone who is going to speak/sing the way he wants, regardless of what the music is doing.

Yes, that's why I can't consider Leroy Smart to be one of the reggae greats.
Incidently, don't you think this sounds like Leroy Smart?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdPMroVdJm4
