I dont know what you mean by asking if Dubmaster Voyage is a genuine dub album.
Robbie and Sly have always given newcomers their chance since Taxi was created. We found this dude posting remixes on Youtube and one of his remixes was of a S&R production. So we contacted him and told him to stop the pirating business and offered him to try him out on a Horace Andy track which S&R had produced for the Living It Up album. The result was quite interesting and we felt that given proper guidance, this kid, named Dartanyan Winston, who lived in Sandusky Ohio and worked at a McDonald's joint, could evolve into a pretty good dubbist. So we sent him more stuff, which he worked on, submitted to Robbie for review and critique, reworked, etc... Robbie gave him a lot of valuable advice and over the last couple of years, we accumulated enough niceness to put together the album. It includes tracks recorded for Bitty McLean, Bunny Rugs, Horace Andy, Khalifa, Gregory Isaacs, Chezidek, etc...

The artwork for the album was created by street artist Seize Happywallmaker. We gave the album to SHW and he made an awesome painting 4 feet / 1.20 meter wide. I have lent the painting to several exhibits in recent months and people freaking love it.
I'd love to have a mini concert organized in the gallery that sells HWM's work, that would be cool to have Dub performed by S&R in an art gallery rather than a regular venue...https://www.facebook.com/happywallmaker
