tune ID & a couple of oddities

Postby Jahko » Fri Jul 04, 2014 10:44 am

Can anyone ID this tune, I bought it on 45 sometime between 1973 & 1976, came on a blank black label

Also never heard of this anywhere - Jah Lloyd On the Move. Label is hand made & stuck on.

Also on my copy of African Dub Chapter 2 the second track on Side B is a different mix to all the released ones I've heard, was this on all the original JA pressings, or have I got an oddity? The other tracks seem to be the same mixes as other releases.

Second tune sounds more like Jah Woosh than Jah Lloyd?

With some help from the Roots Archive forum, I've found the first one

Second one is Jah Woosh, released on the Elements label, not certain on title though.

Still awaiting info on the African Dub track.
