Different "Have No Fear" Dubs?

Is it just my imagination or is there more than one dub to Dennis Brown´s "Have No Fear" aka "Here I Come Again"? And yes, Im aware of the dub to Dillinger´s "Flat Foot Hustling".

For years I always thought that the Moses release ("Have No Fear) and the re-release on Observer ("Here I Come Again") had different dubs to them but comparing the two for the first time today I realized its the same dub on the flip. Its just named different.

Could it be that the Penguin or the original Observer release got a different dub cut to the ones above? Anyone know?

i get the original ja observer 7" & the uk penguin by memory they all the same dub mix on b side
the b side of dillinger "Flat Foot Hustling" is great

There might be a different dub on one of Niney's dub albums - i suspect Dubbing With The Observer which is mostly DEB dub versions...
