Cornell Campbell's "Boxing Around" spawned many versions after it hit big in the charts and 'Boxing' soon became a stalward 80's dancehall riddim. I just posted on B&F that I always thought, for many years, that Boxing is based on the Solomon riddim......very similar, just swapping picking and bass parts, but slightly different.
