"Cocaine" tune - dubplate only?

When browsing around flea bay, I came across this auction: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0877042903. Killer tune, never heard the riddim or lyrics before. The other side seems to have some pitch errors but it sounds somewhat more familiar although I can't remember where I've heard it. Do you think this is dubplate only or something which can be found released on vinyl? And who are the artists and producers?

Indeed, it's the same riddim as on the plate. Thanks for the id, I have the Delton LP but had completely forgotten the tune. The "Cocaine" tune sounds even better than Delton on the short ebay clip, would certainly like to know if it's been released, not to mention how nice it would then be to find a copy.
