I really need to ID these 2 tunes, the first one remain a mystery for the collectors i asked and the second one seems easier , thanks.

So no one for the first tune...I know it's tough & scarce but surely someone got the the knowledge, please help me!
What i can tell is this a blank (don't have matix) & a very rare tune
