Does anyone have a copy of Rodigan's interview with Hugh Mundell (Papa Levi) on Capital Radio's Roots Rockers, 1981? The tape I had it on has disappeared.
Rodigan asks Mundell why Augustus Pablo never comes to the UK:
Mundell: 'Him ave a wound'.
Rodigan: 'Where's the wound?'
Mundell: 'It's on his foot'.
One of the featured tunes is Papa Levi in a Turning Pants .
If anyone can help, please let me know.

I guess the Papa Levi track is »Run Come In A Dance« with Mundell under the name Papa Levi? The song even features a very young Jr. Reid talking to Mundell. Great song none the less.

Hugh Mundell's dj alias was Jah Levi, I believe? Not to be confused with Papa Levi (Saxon Sound, UK etc)?

I've been doing a lot of research and writing on Mundell over the past year and I contacted Rodigan about this interview. He was surprised that I knew about it (discovered its existence here in this forum!) and told me that the tapes were lost early on when they moved radio stations.
