can someone id this album?

sent to me unmarked on cdr. sounds like cornel campbell, contains songs like they would be titled: "never had a dream come true" (note this was sort of referenced in a post below about iding some songs on a tape), got to be a tough hombre, about 10 more that im not recalling lyrics for. a few dubwise effects thrown in under the vocals but no strictly dub versions. i think i like pretty much everything on this cdr, but never been able to id the album and i dont even know who sent the cd!

i always assumed this was cornel but maybe im wrong...anyone know the album?

for some reason devon russel's 'gully bank' comes to mind when you mentioned tough hombre....altough i doubt its a devon russell cdr you have cuz i dont see him sounding like cornell.
