ridiculous, you'd think eBay would quarantine or at least keep a close eye on someone who's just had an item pulled for piracy, and there he is again straight away, pointless!

**** sandwich!

just a clarification, it didnt seem to get pulled for piracy did it? didnt it just end with no bidders?

maybe im missing something here but it would seem ridiculous to pull it for piracy but then allow it to reappear.

btw im all for letting it ride. who in their right mind would bid on it anyway?

oh i forgot, its ebay. counsel retracts his last question.

one love

on a related topic, i was wondering about these mix cd sites and mix tapes in general. i know the hip hop scene is a little different, with some bootlegged, some released on purpose and guest spots etc. but the reggae mix cds, like best ofs etc., are they cleared properly? or is it one of those grey areas? do internet radio spots have to clear every song to play? pardon my ignorance on these matters or if this is considered off topic.
