aaah a shitty press... that explains the 'good' price
you can frame it and put on your wall:) love the artworks

why is the 12" the real deal? used to have it twice
gave a copy to my brother, he still has it, and traded my personal copy to a bafmember many years ago
i kept the 7"

why? on both copies, on exactly the same place, theres a kind of a scratch (not a skip) which was pretty loud and it stayed for the entire tune. Couldnt stand it
thats why i think all copies of the 12" have this pressingfault but i think no one has confirmed it yet
i dont think there was much difference between both formats but my 7" is EX+ so it was better to get rid of the others

i agree with you that david isaacs doesnt reach the same level as the freddy mckay but it shouldnt be dismissed
played it once on sound, many didnt seem to know it, and some came to ask for ID

many thanks for the luciana info. Didnt know that
i dont have the 7" but im pretty sure there must be a difference between the 2 formats
the 12" has a vocal on first side and a long dub on the flip side... its on a stamped white lable

Went to Swedens biggest record fair yesterday. Unfortunately it was very weak on reggae this time. Went home with three discos for €6 each. Nothing fantastic but nice stuff to have:

Earth & Stone - Jolly Woman (Glory Gold 12") – An early 80's release from E&S. Nice enough song although not up to their Channel One rocker standards!
Michael Palmer - Don't Smoke the Seet (Jedi 12") – One of those must haves I never had until now. The only record I felt satisfied in getting.
KC White - War All Over (Niagara 12") – Linval Thompson production. Rockers business and actually quite enjoyable, but nothing I would hunt actively for.

Other than that I stocked up on inner/outer sleeves for discos and 7". As well as a 7" box in cardboard and some other bits and pieces.
