`Ruling Sound` on King Jammy`s Sound War volume 2 ,
i also like Careless Wisper on Redman `cos it`s got
Dave Bailey `Runnings` on the other side.

My favourite is 'Let Me Love You Tonight' on his 'Hilary' LP for Pioneer Music. Also like 'Just A Work' (w. Little Rose), 'Raggamuffin mi Supe' (on the P.O.W. LP) and the 'Young Fresh & Green' LP for Vena.
'Substitute Your Love' on Mixing Lab is a killer too..

A more recent tune that comes to mind is "Jump No Fence" on Natural Bridge in combination with Buju and Captain Barkey. Musically wicked with hilarious lyrics to boot!
What about the half that's never been told?
