As you have re-introduced the subject of haute cuisine on to the board, my dear fellow, perhaps you could remind me of the name of those Serbian meatballs you promised to cook for me should I ever venture east of the Adriatic.

It's called 'chufte', and is of Turkish origin. Im a specialist for home cooking btw. Your bookwormish self is welcomed any time here, sir.
