would that perhaps be the sufferer in a wheelchair that bob marley befriended and as a way for him to make a living, credited him with cowriting credits so he would have a lifetime income?

or something like that maybe. i think the name is a pseudonym but i cant recall the guys real name.

I was thinking something like that might have been the case as I'd not seen the name before. Roger Steffens, when he was out here, told the story of when he met that wheelchair-bound fella with Mortimer Planno at one of his "video" nights in JA. Can't recall if these were the tunes he was associated with though - whoever wrote the lyrics to both of them is a genius.
