Part 2 of the modern stuff will follow tonight!
Thanks again

Looks very interesting, but I heard only S Minott's Mr DC from this compilation..
Can I trade with you, BMC ?

I was sure about that too, my dear Marc!
I do trust your taste
But I sure can get nit picking on all those frog-in-throat singers (an FTA expression) on these modern stuff.
Do they call it singing nowadays :D
So watch out for more discussions :!:
But many thanks, you've made my Friday a Good Day 8)

You must have received another parcel then, because there is no frog-in-throat singers on the discs I send you, only some rough-voiced ones. But since they are all VERY wicked and often better than the sweet-voiced singers I can't see a discussion coming out of it.

Let me know when MY parcel arrives!

These are not opinions by the way, strictly facts.

They rock with a frog in throat :-)

I really enjoy that modern stuff, Marc!
And i did play some Gentleman tunes for Hugh on Monday. He liked the songs & production. So I'm pretty sure, your surprise disc will suit his
taste.
But as I said, I can be nit picking
I like the new Gentleman album, but I can't stand listening to it as whole. It's 75 minutes long and his vocal style is too limited, doesn#t carry me over 75 minutes.
But let me get really used to your discs before I post something stupid
